We invite you to the annual general meeting of the hockey department. We look forward to a large turnout!
At our annual general meeting, we will share important information with you and make decisions that affect all members of the hockey department. It is also a great opportunity to meet other sports friends from the hockey department whom you don’t see often or haven’t met yet.

Motion 1 – Reduction of membership fees for active women:
Since the withdrawal of the active women’s teams, the department incurs only minimal costs due to female members. Therefore, I propose that all active women only pay the passive membership fee (60€ per year). Of course, all women can still fully participate in all training sessions and club activities.
All adult members of the hockey department are eligible to vote. Children and youth members, as well as their parents, are not eligible to vote but are warmly welcome to attend.
The meeting will take place in the office rooms of Alupi/M40 (see directions below).
We will again enable participation via Zoom. The Zoom link will be sent by email on the day of the meeting. However, it is easier to participate in discussions on-site, so in-person attendance is preferred.
